Volunteers are the heart and soul of many nonprofit organizations. But finding individuals who have the time, energy, and commitment to be of service is not always easy.
Let us help you connect with local residents at the 2nd Annual MLK Day of Service Volunteer Fair. Last year, more than 100 attendees stopped by to meet representatives from local nonprofit organizations and sign-up for volunteer opportunities. The event is scheduled in January, in honor of Dr. King and his legacy of service.

Early Bird (December 1); Final (January 5)
Organizations that register prior to the early bird deadline of December 1 will be included in the public promotion. The final registration deadline will be January 5. All organizations that register prior to January 5 will be included in the list of participating organizations that is provided to attendees during (and after) the event. This list will provide your organization’s contact information and make it easy for potential volunteers to contact you after the event.

6-ft table with plain black table cloth, and two chairs. Organizations are encouraged to bring their own branded table cloth to be placed over or instead of the black table cloth. But all tables must have some covering.
Requirements
Participating organizations must set up their tables between 1:00-1:45pm, and maintain representation at their table for the entire event. Selling of materials, or other exchange of money is not permitted. Only registered organizations will be permitted to table.
