Westfield Library Foundation seeks volunteers for Board of Directors
The Westfield Memorial Library Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that develops philanthropic support for the Westfield Memorial Library.
Established in 2010, the WML Foundation supports the long-term development of the Library and the superb service it provides to the residents of Westfield.

The Foundation strives to assist the Library with large projects such as building or renovation campaigns, large-scale events, enhanced technology, and other critical needs that exceed municipal funding.
Through the development of new financial resources, the WML Foundation seeks to ensure that the library continues to inspire and delight while meeting the needs of its evolving community and establishes itself as one of the leading libraries in the State of New Jersey.
But the Foundation needs your help. They are currently seeking applications to fill vacancies on their Board of Directors.
As a Director on the Library’s Foundation Board, you would help to provide long-term support for the Library through a variety of fundraising strategies including individual and corporate donations, fundraising events, long-term capital campaigns, legacy giving, and endowment funding.
Your service will not only help to increase the quality of the Library’s facilities, programming, and technology resources in the short-term, but also ensure the Library’s long-term mission of connecting and engaging all residents to make our community a better place to live.
